The staff was friendly and helpful, the toilet was usable, running water in the sink, no bed bugs.

The bed was comfortable and the room had a TV with cable channels. Location was convenient, close to many shops and restaurants. Another advantage was the free Wi-Fi, which worked well.
The bathroom was dirty and not properly cleaned. The shower was not working and the walls had mold.

The location of this hotel was very convenient as it allowed us easy access to many restaurants and shops. We appreciated the running water and the usable toilet in our room. The staff at the reception desk, although not the manager, were friendly and accommodating which made us feel welcome.
The room was not properly cleaned before our arrival. The bathroom was in a poor state and the shower was not functioning. We also encountered issues with the pricing, as what was agreed upon was not what we were ultimately charged. These factors made our romantic getaway less than ideal.
